We require the last 4 digits of your SSN (or SIN in Canada) and date of birth so we can make you unique within the database without having to require your full SSN/SIN.

1. Our Host facilities for the purposes of determining site entry compliance, including Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirements or
2. Our authorized service providers if those services are being utilized by your employer.
